At your service, the Brasserie du Commerce is open from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. every day except Saturday when it stays open until 2:00 a.m. It is closed on Sundays. Food service is available non-stop from 11:00 a.m. until midnight. With such a wide range of opening hours, the Brasserie serves 80,000 meals a year.

The cuisine is traditional; meat and poultry are obtained locally. Transformation and preparation are carried out on the premises by four cooks, one pastry cook and one employee. The chips are homemade and 50 tons of local potatoes from Bretteville-en-Saire are consumed every year.

The wine is selected by Vincent, with the assistance of Mr. Legendre, oenologist,
